"Change your email to [email protected] to get loads of Credits"

Sounds tempting doesn't it? But don't be drawn in - it's another scam. If you change your email address to the address the scamster Habbo tells you, he or she will be able to sign in as your Habbo.

How? Well, what they do is type your Habbo name in the sign in box and then they type a random password. Then the automatic window saying 'wrong password' pops up and they simply type in your Habbo name and the email address they told you to use. Then they get an email at that email address telling them what your password is.

Then the scamster uses this password to sign into Habbo Hotel as you. Then they can steal your furni, spend your Habbo Credits and even pretend to be you when they talk to your friends. They might even change your Habbo password, so you won't be able to get your Habbo back.

NEVER change your email address to anything anyone tells you to

NEVER tell anyone your email address

ALWAYS report Habbos who ask you to change your email address - then we can stop them

THE LAW: using someone's Habbo without permission is a crime which will get you banned forever. You could be arrested too.
